Beach Find of the Year!

And the award goes to . . .

JUSTIN!

A total upset and not what the fans expected.  Lauren had a strong lead with her indigenous clay pot, but Justin had the guts to take the glory.

When the happy couple were at the beach on Sunday, they noticed an older man picking up conchs and other big shells right where the waves were breaking.  The pair decided to do the same, and had come up with some good finds, when Lauren noticed a strange shape in the shallow water.  Being afraid of most things, she pointed the shape out to Justin and wondered what it could be.  A truly giant conch?  Some kind of horseshoe crab or skate?  All she knew was she wasn't getting near it.  Too ambiguous for even her curiosity.  Justin, however, kept an eye on the odd shape to see if was moving around.  Finally, he summoned up the courage to plunge his hand down there and grab it.

What was it???

This guy.  It even had some barnacles!  All the parts are in working order.  Our "beach toy collection" is growing, haha!
