"The Palm" of fast food is Chick-fil-A

Justin and I went to Chick-fil-A this past weekend for the first time in years.  We were super impressed with the service - hence, why I've officially named it "The Palm" of fast food.

For starters, once you order, they bring your food to your table for you.  (Kind of like Corner Bakery if you've been there).

I went to the restroom and it was spotless - and it had a pretty mirror and flowers in a vase in there.  It was nicer than some bathrooms of fancier restaurants I've been in!

While we were eating, the manager came by a couple times to check on us and see if we needed anything.  Seriously?  Also, all of the tables had red and white carnations in glass vases. Adorable.

Then they have these amazing new ketchup packets.  They look like little bottles of Heinz 57, and you can either rip the top off to squirt, or peel back the label to dunk.  I was amazed.  Totally took a couple home.

Now for the craziest part.  A man was leaving with his kids, and he handed us the CD-ROM toys that came with his kids' meals and said we could trade it in for an ice cream.  Ice cream instead of crappy kids meal toys?  Awesome!  And here's the kicker - we didn't even have to go to the counter.   The manager who kept checking on us took the CDs from us, and went and got us our ice cream cones.

Now that's what I call service.
Chick-fil-A, you didn't invent fast food, just fast food service.
